Ordering Guidelines

  • We appreciate receiving your order well in advance so that your catering selections receive the proper attention and are delivered on time. Please use the following guidelines:
    • 24 hours for coffee, pastry and cold luncheons
    • 48 hours for hot luncheons
    • 5 working days for special catering events
    • Late orders can be accommodated with available options.
  • Minimum order – Minimum order of $15.00 before tax
  • Additional charge of $10.00 plus tax will apply for anything that has been moved from the initially delivered location without informed.
  • In house delivery and clean up after 3:00 pm - Minimum charge of $25.00 plus tax from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm and after 4:30 pm $25.00 plus tax per hour.
  • Please call or email to get the total cost.
  • Minimum 48 hours’ notice will be required to cancel any catering orders except special events.
  • 5 days’ notice required to cancel special events.
  • Weather related cancellation or any emergency cancellations are negotiable.
  • Off-site catering can be accommodated with pick up & returning all non disposable items. Discounts may apply.
  • BBQ, bridal showers, baby showers, retirement parties, personal departmental needs, larger functions, inaugurations, etc. will be accommodated with written proposal with details.
  • After hours and weekend catering requirements can be accommodated.

To place an order, please create an account:
  • Click the Login or Register button - on the top right corner
  • Click the register form and fill in the information
  • After registration, click Login – enter email and password
  • You will be able see the menu. Click the menu titles, Instructions are in the “Customization” box that pop up on the right hand side
